Lonnie has been educating consumers for 30 years and Licensees for more than 18 years. She believes in teaching Licensees, to help them provide the best services to their clients and continue to better the real estate industry as a whole. Lonnie began working in the real estate industry in 1987 as Assistant Office Manager/Accountant for the Anchorage RE/MAX office. She earned her Washington Real Estate License in 1997. In 2007, she earned her Associate Brokers license in Alaska and Washington. In 2019, she became Broker/Owner of Realty ONE Group Aurora in Anchorage, Alaska.

Each year, she diligently pursues courses beyond the minimum requirements to maintain her real estate license. Her passion for education is evident as she expresses excitement about the exceptional educational platform offered exclusively through Realty ONE Group’s ONE U, providing over 1,700 online skills building courses and growth-oriented content. Additionally, at Realty ONE Group Aurora, she facilitates weekly opportunities for associates to participate in live and Zoom training sessions aimed at enhancing their business growth, with some classes even approved by the State for continuing education credit.
